When you add a custom form or contact form module to your Bookmark website you can view and manage all of the submissions from the Form Submissions section of your builder.

To access the Form Submissions section first go to the Features section of the website builder sidebar, and then go into the Form Submissions section.

In the Form Submissions section you will see tabs for your Contact Forms, Subscription Forms, and Custom Forms where you can view and manage all submissions separately.

In each tab the submission will display all chosen fields as a column. Each column will also be filterable so you can easily sort through your messages.

If you have a MailChimp account you can also sync the contacts from your Form Submissions section to MailChimp by clicking the 'Sync with MailChimp' button. You can read more about connecting Bookmark to your MailChimp account here.

Additional exporting, filtering and deletion options are accessible from the Actions button dropdown.

When you click the 'Actions' button a dropdown menu will open, showing you the following actions;

  • Show Spam Messages

  • Delete Selected

  • Delete All

  • Export Data in CSV

  • Export Data in XLS

If you find there are some spam messages that have come through your form modules you can filter those messages by clicking 'Show Spam Messages' within the Actions dropdown. From there you can either Delete Selected messages or Delete All messages.
