If you purchased a custom email through, you can renew that email by going into your account settings.

Then, click the My Services tab.

Then, scroll down to your Owned Email Addresses.

Here, you'll find the button to renew your email. Select the option of your choice, and you're all set! You can also delete the account after a grace period if you no longer need your email.
