If you want to access your Bookmark email via an email client (Gmail, Outlook), you will need to connect with IMAP and SMTP within your email clients settings.

The mail servers are:

mail.hostedemail.com (or mail.emailhome.com)

IMAP:  993 (SSL enabled) or 143 (SSL disabled)

SMTP:  465 (SSL enabled); 25, 587(TLS), or 8025 (SSL disabled)

POP3 access is not recommended but here are the ports: 

POP3:  995 (SSL enabled) or 110 (SSL disabled)

The username will be your email address, e.g. info@bookmark.com.  Create your password. 

When the account is setup for incoming and outgoing mail, make sure to send a test email to confirm it was mapped correctly.
