The Subscribe Form allows your users to subscribe to your service with their email address.

Before we begin: Have you checked out the Section feature? Section provides you with a set of 20 beautiful and functional web page sections designed in the style of your template that you can add with a single click, including a Subscribe Section!

The Subscribe Section attractively lays out your subscribe form with a background, title, subtitle and text boxes in the style of your template. It’s all customizable, so you can tweak it to your liking.

To check out Section, click the Section tab in the left sidebar, and then click Add Section and scroll through the options.

If you just want to add a simple subscribe form, without the added elements of the Subscribe Section, follow these steps to add a contact form to your page:

Step 1: Open the target page

In the website builder, open the page of your site that you want to add the contact form to.

Step 2: Open the Modules tab

In the left sidebar menu, click on Modules:

Step 3: Locate the subscribe form module icon

In the Modules sidebar, scroll down to see the Subscribe Form module icon.

Step 4: Click and drag the subscribe form module icon onto your page

Point your mouse at the Subscribe Form module, click and drag it onto your page to where you want the subscribe form to be located. Then drop it.

As you drag it around the page, you will see black lines appear, indicating the edges of the existing elements on the page. Use these lines as guides help you drop your subscribe form  module in the right place. You can add spacers or other elements later to adjust its position if desired.

For this example, we will add a subscribe form module to the Projects page in the Nathan Clark template, below the page content.

Below you can see the Subscribe Form module before it was dropped, hovering over the page. The black line indicates the bottom edge of the spacer module that we added under the content blocks. When the subscriber module is dropped now, it will insert below the line, at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: Review your Subscribe Form

Your new Subscribe Form module is added to your page.

Tip: To move the video module around, including removing it to the trash can, click the thick black grab bar in the center-top and drag it.

As you can see, the Subscribe Form module is very simple. This might be what you want. But just to remind you, here’s what the Subscribe Section gives you:

Step 6: Saving the changes

Once you have finished with your Subscribe Form, remember to click the Save button at the bottom center of the modules sidebar to save and protect your changes.

This concludes our guide How to add a Subscribe Form module.
