The Title module is a text box styled for titles that you can use to easily add a title above or below another element on your web page.

Before we begin: Have you checked out the Section feature? Section provides you with a set of 20 functional web page sections designed in the style of your template that you can add with a single click.

Section saves you time and effort by putting together some of the most common page sections, like Contact Us, About Us, social media, price table, quote box, five styles of content layout and much more. It’s all customizable, so you can tweak it to your liking.

Before you start building areas on your web page, take a look at Section - the work might have already be done for you!

Here’s how to add a title module to your page, and how to use the text box editing options.

Step 1: Open the target page

In the website builder, open the page of your site that you want to add the title module to.

Step 2: Open the Modules tab

In the left sidebar menu, click on Modules

Step 3: Locate the Title module icon

In the Modules sidebar, you will see the Title module icon.

Step 4: Click and drag the title module icon onto your page

Point your mouse at the title module, click and drag it onto your page to where you want the new title to be located. Then drop it.

As you drag it around the page, you will see black lines appear, indicating the edges of the existing elements on the page. Use these lines as guides help you drop your title module in the right place. You can add spacers or other elements later to adjust its position if desired.

For this example, we will add a title above an image on the Projects page of the Elenore Designs template.

Below you can see the title module before it was dropped, hovering over the page. The black line indicates the border between the two images. If the Title module is dropped now, it will insert between the two images.

Step 5: Write your title

Your new title module is added to your page. Click inside the box to start typing, or paste text from your clipboard for the title.

Tip: To move the title box, including removing it to the trash can, click the thick black grab bar in the center-top and drag it.

For this example, we typed in a new title, “Triangle Grid Pillow”

Step 6: Title formatting options

Once you’ve typed or pasted your title, you might want to add formatting to it. Click inside the Title text box to open the format options bar:
